• Free returns when choosing store credit or $5 flat rate return label

Guests:

• $5 flat rate U.S. shipping
• $5 flat rate return label

All Orders:

• Ship USPS Ground Advantage on the next business day with tracking; signature may be required
• Returns accepted within thirty (30) calendar days of delivery for items in original and unworn condition, and with numbered Insurance Tag affixed and intact (if applicable) 
• Return authorization (RA) required prior to return

Additional Shipping Information:

• Expedited shipping services are not available at this time.
• Our shipping department is open Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Pacific Time. 
• Orders are processed and shipped on the next business day. Friday and Saturday orders are shipped on Monday or on the next business day.
• We do not ship on weekends or U.S. Federal holidays.
• We observe all standard Federal and State of Nevada holidays. 
• Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number so you can follow your package every step of the way.
