Returns & Refunds

At Silver Cactus Jewelry, we want you to feel confident in your decision. If the piece isn’t the right fit for your collection, our return process is structured, secure, and straightforward.


Return Timeline

  • A Return Authorization (RA) must be requested within thirty (30) calendar days of the carrier-confirmed delivery date.
  • Once approved, the item must be received within thirty (30) calendar days from the RA issuance date.

Requests submitted after this period are not eligible.


How to Start a Return

To begin a return, please contact us here or email support@silvercactusjewelry.com to request a Return Authorization (RA) within the return window. Your message should include:

  1. Order number
  2. Reason for return
  3. Insurance Tag number & confirmation that the tag is attached and intact
  4. Prepaid return label request (optional)

Once approved, place a copy of the RA inside the package and ship to:

For your convenience, prepaid return labels are available upon request. A $5 shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.

Insurance Tag Policy

To protect your investment, each piece ships with a numbered Insurance Tag. Please leave the tag attached until you are certain you are keeping the item. 

  • Removal, detachment, alteration, or damage to the tag finalizes the sale.
  • Returns cannot be accepted without the original tag securely attached and intact. 

We recommend inspecting your item promptly upon delivery. 

If the Insurance Tag is missing, loose, or appears compromised, please notify us in writing within five (5) calendar days of the carrier-confirmed delivery date.

After this period, the item and tag are considered accepted as delivered. 


Condition Requirements

Returned items must be:

  • Unworn
  • Unaltered
  • In original condition
  • Free from cleaning, polishing, resizing, or modification
  • Shipped with all original packaging and materials

Any alteration voids return eligibility.


Unauthorized or Non-Compliant Returns:

  • Returns without an approved RA may be refused.
  • If accepted at our discretion, a restocking fee of up to 50% may apply if the item shows wear, alteration, or damage.
  • Late but otherwise compliant returns may incur a 5% restocking fee.

Damaged Shipments & Missing Contents

Claims for:

  • Shipping damage
  • Missing contents
  • Compromised packaging

Must be reported within three (3) calendar days of recorded delivery and include clear photographs of: 

  • The item
  • All packaging materials
  • Shipping box and label

Store Credit & Refunds

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method
  • Store credit never expires
  • Original outbound shipping charges are non-refundable
