Domestic Shipping Policy
Welcome to the Silver Cactus Jewelry family, and thank you for supporting our small business! To celebrate the opening of our shop, we are pleased to offer free US shipping and free returns on all orders for a limited time. Please note that a signature may be required at the time of delivery.
Starting on February 1, 2026, our domestic shipping policy will be as follows:
For Our Subscribers:
- Complimentary U.S. shipping on every order.
- Free returns through January 31, 2026, or anytime you choose store credit instead of a refund.
For Our Guests:
- Complimentary U.S. shipping and returns through January 31, 2026.
- After the promotion: $5 flat shipping fee and $5 return label fee (return label fee waived with store credit)
All Orders:
- Ship USPS Advantage on the next business day with tracking; signature may be required.
- Returns accepted within 30 calendar days of delivery for items in original, unworn condition with Insurance Tag attached and intact.
- Return authorization (RA) required prior to sending items back.
Shipping Details:
At Silver Cactus Jewelry, we want you to feel completely confident in your purchase. Because our collection features authentic, vintage treasures, gentle signs of age and natural wear may be present โ part of what makes each piece truly unique.
To protect your investment, every item is carefully inspected, photographed, and shipped with a numbered Insurance Tag. As long as the tag remains securely attached, your purchase is protected by our limited insurance for up to thirty (30) calendar days from the delivery date.
Accidental drop, loose stone, or broken chain? No problem. Simply return the item with the Insurance Tag intact for a refund. Please remember that to remain eligible for return, the Insurance Tag must stay securely attached and unaltered โ removing or tampering with the Tag voids return eligibility and insurance coverage.

- Expedited shipping services are not available at this time.
- Our shipping department is open Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Pacific Time.
- Orders are processed and shipped on the next business day. Friday and Saturday orders are shipped on Monday or on the next business day.
- We do not ship on weekends or U.S. federal holidays.
- We observe all standard Federal and State of Nevada holidays.
- Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number so you can follow your package every step of the way.
International Shipping:
At this time, we only offer shipping within the United States. We truly appreciate your interest and are working toward expanding our shipping options in the future. Thank you for your understanding and support.
