and money order or, in the case of a personal check,
as soon as your check clears our bank.
Return Policy
Although we are very confident about our product quality and strength,
if the merchandise has a manufacturer's defect, a claim must be filed
via e-mail within 45 days of receipt of the product, and you will
receive a reply within a business day. Otherwise the claim will be
considered as "not received". After your claim has been processed, we
will either replace the product(s) in question or a return will be
authorized.
We must approve all returns before you can return them. If you need to
return a product, contact us and include the reason that you wish to
return the products(s), your phone number and a valid e-mail address.
We reserve the right to charge a 10% re-stocking fee after an order has
been processed.
